About TrackKaro
A cloud platform that helps online stores ship with their couriers, follow every parcel and keep their customers informed.
Who we are
TrackKaro is a project of DANGO, a business registered in Pakistan under the name DANGO, and is run by the same team. It is a service people use online through their TrackKaro account; nothing is installed on our side for them and nothing is shipped to them.
What the platform does
Online stores, from a single Instagram seller to a busy WooCommerce or Shopify shop, send their orders with courier companies such as PostEx, TCS Courier, Leopards Courier, Trax, DEX, Bridge Courier, LionEx and M&P. TrackKaro brings that work into one place:
- Book shipments with the store's own courier accounts and rates, one order or hundreds at once, and print the courier's labels and rider handover sheet.
- Track every parcel across all of the store's couriers in one list, updated automatically, with failed deliveries and returns flagged the same day.
- Keep customers informed with a branded tracking page for each store and delivery updates.
- See how deliveries are going: delivery and return rates by courier and city, courier speed, and the parcels that need attention.
- Work from the store through our WooCommerce and OpenCart plugins and a Shopify connection, or straight from the TrackKaro dashboard for stores without a website.
Who uses it
Our customers are online businesses. Most are in Pakistan; stores in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Kuwait and Jordan use the same online account with the couriers of their own country.
Plans and payments
Every store starts free, with a monthly allowance of parcels and no card needed. Stores that need more choose a monthly plan from their account; prices are on our pricing page.
Plans are paid online from the Billing page of the store's own account, and each payment comes with an invoice in that account. TrackKaro charges only for its own service: the cash a courier collects from a store's customer on delivery is paid by the courier to the store and never passes through TrackKaro.
