By creating an account or using TrackKaro, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

Service Description

TrackKaro is a shipment tracking SaaS platform that aggregates tracking data from multiple courier services. We provide tracking status updates, delivery notifications, and analytics for e-commerce businesses.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API tokens.
You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must not share your API tokens with unauthorized parties.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Exceed your plan's API rate limits or attempt to circumvent usage restrictions.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our platform.
Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure.

Billing and Payments

Prepaid plans are billed upfront for the purchased tracking quota.
Postpaid plans are billed monthly based on actual usage.
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
Failed payments may result in service suspension after a grace period.

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Tracking data accuracy depends on courier APIs and is provided "as-is". We are not liable for delays or inaccuracies in courier-provided data.

Limitation of Liability

TrackKaro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion unless otherwise required by law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
