Is it really free, or is it a trial?

Really free. The Free plan is a permanent tier, not a countdown — no card, no expiry date, and nothing to cancel. It covers 100 shipments a month and the allowance resets on the 1st. There is no clock to beat and nobody is cut off mid-shipment.

What happens when I use up my free allowance?

New shipments pause until the allowance resets next month, or until you move to a paid tier. Nothing already in flight stops — parcels you have already submitted keep being tracked and your customers keep getting updates. Your couriers, stores, settings and history all carry over unchanged when you upgrade.

Is prepaid or postpaid better for my store?

Both have the same features; the difference is how you pay and what happens when you run out. Postpaid never stops — every parcel books, and anything past your allowance is added to next month’s bill — so it suits a store that ships steadily and cannot afford a pause in the middle of dispatch. Prepaid is a 30-day pack you pay for upfront (JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank transfer) with no bill afterwards; when it runs out, you top up. Postpaid costs slightly more for the same volume, because it keeps working when you go over.

Can I switch plans or top up mid-month?

Yes. For prepaid, just purchase another package any time from your panel — trackings stack up. For postpaid, you can upgrade your plan mid-month and the new quota applies immediately.

Where do I change or buy a plan after signing up?

Go to your TrackKaro panel → Billing. You'll see your current plan, usage, and all available packages to purchase or switch to.

What payment methods are accepted?

In Pakistan: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer (IBFT) and debit/credit cards. Outside Pakistan, prices are shown in US dollars and paid by international bank transfer: the bank details are on your invoice, and you upload the transfer receipt there. An invoice is issued for every payment.

Does one account cover multiple stores?

You can add more than one store to the same TrackKaro login and switch between them from the panel sidebar — but plans are per store. Each store has its own plan, allowance, courier settings and invoices, so nothing is shared by accident. A new store starts on the Free plan.

What couriers are supported?

Pakistan: PostEx, TCS Courier, Leopards Courier, Trax, DEX, Bridge Courier, LionEx and M&P. Egypt: Aramex Egypt, Bosta, Mylerz and iMile Egypt. Saudi Arabia: Aramex Saudi Arabia, SMSA Express and iMile Saudi Arabia. United Arab Emirates: Aramex UAE, iMile UAE, DHL Express UAE, FedEx UAE and Jeebly. Jordan: Aramex Jordan, iMile Jordan and Mylerz Jordan. Kuwait: Aramex Kuwait and iMile Kuwait. — with more being added. Don’t see yours? Most of them you can book from TrackKaro directly and print the label; the rest you book in the courier’s own portal and we track from there. All courier credentials are managed centrally in your TrackKaro panel.

What is the difference between the plans?

Only the number of shipments. Every plan gets the same features — all couriers, the store plugins, the branded tracking page, email notifications, automatic order status sync, the NDR / returns list, bulk import and insights. There is no feature locked behind a higher tier, so pick the plan that matches your monthly volume and nothing else.

Is a plan for one store or several?

One. Every plan — Free included — covers one store, which means one website. If you run several stores, each needs its own plan (tell us and we will price them together). The Free plan is one per website: opening a second free account for the same website does not add a second free allowance, and that account will be asked to choose a paid plan. If you lost access to your old account, open a ticket and we will move your history across instead.

Do I need a website to use TrackKaro?

No. If you sell over Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp, add tracking numbers in the panel one at a time or by bulk import and you get the same dashboard, notifications and branded tracking page. The store plugins are for sellers who do have a WooCommerce or OpenCart site; Shopify connects from the panel; Magento and PrestaShop are connected on request.

Does TrackKaro work with Shopify?

Yes, at the same price as every other store — there is no Shopify fee. You create a small app in your own Shopify account and paste its two keys into TrackKaro (about five minutes, nothing to install on your store). Then press "Get my Shopify orders" in the panel, pick a courier and book: each order is marked fulfilled in Shopify with the tracking number, Shopify emails your customer, and delivery progress shows on the Shopify order. The WhatsApp add-on and checkout shipping charges are not available on Shopify yet.

Is WhatsApp included in my plan?

No. Plans cover shipment tracking and email notifications. WhatsApp is a separate add-on subscription, priced on its own and paid on its own invoice, so you only pay for it if you want it.

How do I actually buy the WhatsApp add-on?

Create a TrackKaro account — the free one is fine, you do not need a tracking plan — then go to Panel → Add-ons, pick the add-on and choose how many months you want (1 to 12). You pay by JazzCash, EasyPaisa, card or bank transfer, exactly like a plan, and the plugin becomes downloadable from the same page as soon as the payment clears.

Is the WhatsApp add-on a WordPress plugin?

Yes. It is a WordPress plugin you install on your own WooCommerce site, next to the free TrackKaro plugin. It is not part of the TrackKaro dashboard, and it is not on WordPress.org — you download it from your TrackKaro panel while your subscription is live, and updates arrive in your WordPress dashboard the usual way.

Do I need my own WhatsApp Business API account?

Yes — it is not the WhatsApp on your phone. A personal number cannot be driven by software, and a WhatsApp Business app number only can through a provider that offers Meta's coexistence mode. Automated messages need Meta's WhatsApp Business API: a separate account opened through a provider, on its own phone number, with your business verified and your message templates approved by Meta. Most shops do not have one yet, and that is fine — it is a one-time setup and we do it with you at no extra charge. TrackKaro does not resell messaging, so you pay the provider their per-message rate directly and we never add anything on top.

Which WhatsApp API providers can I use?

Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API works out of the box. Ready-made connections for OnCloudAPI and WAB2C are coming soon. On another provider? Contact us before you buy — we help with integrating other WhatsApp APIs.

Can customers send payment screenshots on WhatsApp?

Yes, with the Order Confirmation plan. For bank transfer or Raast orders the customer gets your account details and sends the screenshot back in the same chat; for risky COD orders you can ask for just an advance, such as the delivery charge. Each screenshot is filed on the right order on your own website and you approve it with one click after checking your account — nothing is ever marked paid automatically, because screenshots are easy to fake. An approved advance is taken off the cash the courier collects.

Can I use the WhatsApp add-on without a tracking plan?

Yes. The add-on runs on your own WordPress and works from the order statuses you set yourself. If you also have TrackKaro tracking, it goes further and messages the customer the tracking number automatically when the courier books the shipment, and again when it is delivered or returned.

What happens to the add-on if I cancel?

It keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for, then stops receiving updates and new downloads. Nothing is deleted, and resubscribing restores it.

What does WhatsApp actually cost me in total?

Two separate bills. The add-on subscription is paid to TrackKaro at the price on the card above, and it is the same every month no matter how many messages you send. The messages themselves are billed by your WhatsApp API provider at their own rate — we never add a per-message charge on top, and we never see that invoice.

Can I use WhatsApp if my store is on Shopify, Daraz, or I have no website?

Not yet. The add-on is a WordPress plugin that runs on your own hosting alongside WooCommerce, which is what lets it react to orders instantly and keep your customer numbers on your server. Tracking itself works fine without a website — only this add-on has that requirement.

How long does WhatsApp setup take?

Usually a day. Subscribing and installing the plugin takes minutes; the wait is Meta approving your message templates, which is typically a few hours. We give you ready-written templates in English, Urdu, Roman Urdu and Arabic to submit and our team walks you through the whole thing at no extra charge.

Will my WhatsApp number get banned?

Every provider the add-on connects to runs on Meta's official WhatsApp Business API, and messages only go out on approved templates. That is the sanctioned way to message customers, unlike unofficial gateways that automate a personal number and do carry a real ban risk. A personal WhatsApp number cannot be used. An existing WhatsApp Business app number can, if your provider supports Meta's "coexistence" mode — the app keeps working on your phone alongside the add-on.

A WhatsApp Business API account — which you will need to get

This is not the WhatsApp on your phone, and not the free WhatsApp Business app either. Neither of those can be used by software. Sending automated messages requires Meta's WhatsApp Business API: a separate account, opened through a provider, with a dedicated phone number, a verified business, and message templates approved by Meta before they can be sent. Most shops don't have one yet — that's normal, and it's a one-time setup.

TrackKaro does not resell WhatsApp messaging and never charges you per message. You open the account directly with a provider and pay them their per-message rate. The add-on ships ready for OnCloudAPI, WeTarseel, WAB2C and Meta Cloud API — and because they all run on Meta's official Cloud API, any other provider on it works too. Using one we haven't listed? Tell us who and we'll add the integration for you.
