About going over your allowance. On a prepaid plan your allowance is a ceiling — when you reach it, you top up or move to the next plan. On a postpaid plan nothing ever stops: every parcel books, and anything past your included volume is simply added to your next bill.
Overage is calculated at the end of your billing cycle, at your plan’s per-parcel rate. You are never charged mid-month and never interrupted mid-shipment.

A WhatsApp Business API account — which you will need to get
This is not the WhatsApp on your phone, and not the free WhatsApp Business app either. Neither of those can be used by software. Sending automated messages requires Meta's WhatsApp Business API: a separate account, opened through a provider, with a dedicated phone number, a verified business, and message templates approved by Meta before they can be sent. Most shops don't have one yet — that's normal, and it's a one-time setup.
TrackKaro does not resell WhatsApp messaging and never charges you per message. You open the account directly with a provider and pay them their per-message rate. The add-on ships ready for OnCloudAPI, WeTarseel, WAB2C and Meta Cloud API — and because they all run on Meta's official Cloud API, any other provider on it works too. Using one we haven't listed? Tell us who and we'll add the integration for you.

Going through the official API is also what keeps your number safe — unofficial gateways that automate a personal number carry a real risk of being banned by Meta.

A WooCommerce store on your own hosting
The add-on is a WordPress plugin that runs on your site — deliberately, so your customer numbers stay on your server and messages fire the moment an order changes. You'll also need the free TrackKaro WooCommerce plugin installed. Shopify, Daraz and manual-only sellers can't use it yet.

Meta-approved message templates
WhatsApp requires business messages to use templates approved in advance — usually a few hours to a day. We give you ready-written English and Urdu templates to submit, so you aren't drafting them from scratch.
We set all of it up with you, free. Don't have an API account yet, or unsure which provider suits you? Contact us before you buy and we'll advise. How an add-on works
1. Subscribe
Create a free TrackKaro account, pick the add-on in your panel and choose 1 to 12 months. It gets its own invoice, paid by JazzCash, EasyPaisa, card or bank transfer. No tracking plan needed.
2. Download the plugin
The WordPress plugin appears in your panel to download. Only subscribed stores can download it, and only while the subscription is live.
3. Connect your provider
Install it on your WooCommerce site and paste in your WhatsApp API details. We help you with this step and with template approval.
4. It runs on your site
Messages go out from your own hosting through your own account. Updates arrive in your WordPress dashboard.
You do not need a paid tracking plan
A free TrackKaro account is enough to subscribe to the add-on and download the plugin. On its own it works from the order statuses you set in WooCommerce yourself — so it will confirm orders and message customers without any tracking at all.
Add a tracking plan and it does more: the customer gets the tracking number automatically the moment the courier books the shipment, and another message when it's delivered or returned — no work from you.
