Confirm cash orders on WhatsApp before you ship
Each new COD order gets a WhatsApp message with Confirm and Cancel buttons. Fake and mistaken orders drop out before you pay a courier to carry them there and back. Buyers also get their delivery updates on WhatsApp.
From US$ 3.57 a month. Not part of any plan, and it does not need one. It runs on your own WordPress and needs a WhatsApp Business API account, which we help you set up.

Do I need a website?
No. You can book or add shipments straight from the TrackKaro dashboard, or upload a spreadsheet. If you have a WooCommerce or OpenCart store, our free plugin syncs orders for you; a Shopify store connects from the dashboard — and for Magento, PrestaShop or other platforms, contact us and we can make it available.
Does it work with Shopify?
Yes, at the same price as every other store. Connect your Shopify store from the TrackKaro dashboard (about five minutes, nothing to install), pull in your open orders and book them with any of your couriers. Each order is marked fulfilled in Shopify with the tracking number, and Shopify emails your buyer.
Do I have to change courier or my rates?
No. TrackKaro works with your own courier accounts, so you keep the rates you already have. We never handle your COD money.
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes — 100 parcels a month, every month, with no card and no expiry, for one store. Each website gets one Free plan; upgrade only when you ship more.
What does my buyer see?
A tracking page with your shop name, logo and colours, plus an email when their parcel moves. Your brand, not ours.
Who sets it up?
You can be running in an afternoon on your own — or our team connects your store and courier accounts for you, free.

I am outside Pakistan — how do I pay?
Prices are shown in US dollars. Pay by international bank transfer using the details on your invoice, then upload the transfer receipt there; your plan is switched on as soon as the transfer is confirmed.
